As of 4pm Sunday, Tropical Storm Nicholas is moving NNW at 14 mph, with max sustained winds of 40 mph. The storm is forecast to move onshore along the TX coast Mon night or early Tues, and weaken to a tropical depression as it moves inland across eastern TX.
