Strawberry Banana “ice cream”

2 bananas, cut into ¼” slices and frozen

1 cup strawberries, cored and cut in half at refrigerator temperature

2 Tablespoons coconut milk

A few chocolate chips, optional

Toss all in blender, except chips if you’re using them, and pulse to break up bananas until smooth.  Stir chips in, if using them. Serve right away for soft serve consistency.  Freeze till the consistency you’d like otherwise.  If you want this hard like a popsicle, put in a mold and freeze longer.
