Unsettled weather returns to Arkansas tonight into evening on Thursday. While all threats of severe weather are possible, damaging winds and large hail will be primary concerns. Heavy rain will be possible and given recent conditions, a flood watch is in effect for northwestern and north-central Arkansas through mid-day Thursday.
