A stolen vehicle was recovered, and two arrests were made Sept. 11 in Fulton county after authorities were notified of activity at a residence on Wood Dale Way.

Officers were aware of an active felony warrant for a resident of the address and were given a description of the vehicle reportedly pulling a second vehicle behind.

Authorities initiated a traffic stop based on the description given and found the driver, 57-year-old Billy Holland and passengers 56-year-old Kim Ford and 52-year-old Darryl Borden.

The three were asked to exit the vehicle and their identities were confirmed. 

A check of the vehicle being towed showed it to be stolen from a location in Hoxie.

Prior to being towed, the vehicle had been hidden in a storage building and later covered with a tarp.

Ford and Holland were charged with theft by receiving, a class D felony. Bond for Ford was set at $10,000 as was bond for Holland.

No charges or bond were on file for Borden although he also was booked into the Fulton County Jail.
