Sheriff Charley Melton is making the public aware of a level 3 sex offender who has moved into the Mount Olive area of Izard County.
Kevin Todd Baltz, 32, has moved to an address on RS Bluff Road. Baltz is NOT wanted by law enforcement.
Deputies are going door to door within a half mile of his residence and passing out sex offender notifications on Baltz.
