From the National Weather Service in Little Rock, Arkansas: We expect a few rounds of thunderstorms to move across the state today, things could get busy. The first round of storms could develop from late morning into the early afternoon hours with additional thunderstorms possible through the evening and overnight hours. Severe weather could be ongoing across different parts of the state at the same time.
All types of severe weather will be possible, with the primary focus being damaging winds and tornadoes. A few strong tornadoes (EF2 or stronger) will be possible. Have multiple ways of receiving severe weather information throughout today and tonight.
