A man is facing felony charges in Fulton County after authorities with the Mammoth Spring Police Department received a report of a man masturbating in public.
According to the report, authorities were dispatched to the Trout Lodge in Mammoth Spring where they traveled to the room of 53-year-old Thomas Wilson.
When searching Wilson’s person for weapons, authorities discovered a baggie containing a clear crystalline substance and a syringe.
Wilson was placed under arrest and transported to the Fulton County Jail.
As a result, Wilson is charged with possession of a controlled substance Schedule II, a class C felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony and indecent exposure, a class A misdemeanor.
