The one thing we really do not need is more rain but it looks like that is exactly what we will be getting. Several more inches of rain are expected mid week as a strong storm system moves through. The atmosphere will be to warm enough this time that winter precipitation is not expected which may a good or bad thing, depending on your perspective.
