For Preschool in Person Story and Craft Time will take place free of charge at the Ash Flat Library the first and third Thursdays of every month, and the 5th Thursday if there is one. Kids can listen to a story and then stay to do a free craft. The Ash Flat Library is located at 11 Arnhart, Ash Flat, Ark.
