The award-winning Arkansas Pie festival slated for April 16 is quickly approaching and this year a new opportunity is being offered to local businesses.
This year’s festival committee has been working diligent to recruit businesses to participate in the Shop Small, Pie Local campaign.
There is no cost to the businesses, and they may visit www.arkansaspiefestival.com/pielocal to sign up.
Those who sign up will be promoted to visitors coming to the festival both prior to and during the festival.
According to the festival committee, by signing up for the program, it not only helps local businesses, but the festival as well who uses funds raised to support charities.
Businesses who sign up will be equipped with promotional items, window clings and more to help them stand out during the festival.
