Ozarka College Licensed Practical Nursing students recently participated in an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) class conducted by Air Evac to obtain their ACLS Certification. The course was completed by 12 students who earned their certifications.
Students who attended gained a wealth of information about awareness, detection, and prevention of common health complications. Students also took part in advanced skills, learned about services available to them, and viewed the helicopter air ambulance up close and personal.
