MELBOURNE, AR (August 2026)Ozarka College proudly celebrated the graduation of its 2026 Surgical Technology class during a special ceremony recognizing the students’ hard work, dedication, and commitment to the healthcare profession.

The graduates successfully completed the rigorous Surgical Technology program, which combines classroom instruction, laboratory training, and clinical experiences to prepare students for careers as essential members of the surgical team. Throughout the program, students developed the technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to assist surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a variety of surgical settings while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

“Our students have worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone, and today we celebrate not only their accomplishments but also the compassion, dedication, and professionalism they will bring to the operating room,” said Felicia Sisk, Surgical Technology Program Director. “We are proud to welcome them into the surgical technology profession.”

The Surgical Technology program emphasizes teamwork, precision, critical thinking, and professionalism, preparing graduates to enter a fast-paced and rewarding healthcare field. Through clinical partnerships with regional healthcare facilities, students gain valuable real-world experience before entering the workforce.

Ozarka College congratulates the 2026 Surgical Technology graduates and wishes them continued success as they begin their careers in healthcare.
