Ozarka College hosted a complimentary lunch to show appreciation to all those who serve and protect our communities in law enforcement and first responder positions. The lunch was held on Wednesday, October 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. inside the Culinary Cafe in the Administration building in Melbourne. The Ozarka Culinary team provided lunch free of charge to local law enforcement officers and first responders.
“We are so very fortunate to have such dedicated law enforcement and first responders in our region. This is a modest way we at Ozarka may thank them for their service.” said Dr. Richard Dawe, Ozarka College president.
On behalf of law enforcement and other first responders an Izard County Sheriff’s Department representative wrote, “Thank you to Ozarka College for your continued support for our First Responders and Law Enforcement.”
