Families in Stone, Fulton, Izard, and Sharp Counties are invited to attend the First Annual Early Childhood Family Fun Fairs.
Stone County: April 7th 4:30-6:30 Stone County Fairgrounds
Fulton County: April 9th 4:30-6:30 Salem Civic Center
Izard County: April 14th 4:30-6:30 Izard County Fairgrounds
Sharp County: April 20th 4:30-6:30 Ash Flat Community Center
Hosted by the Northcentral Arkansas Education Service Cooperative Early Childhood Local Leads, this free event is designed for children birth through five and will include hands-on activities, bounce houses, free food and snow cones, and information about local resources available to families of young children. The first 125 children ages 3–5 at each event will receive a kindergarten readiness backpack, and the first 75 infants and toddlers at each event will receive a busy board.
The Local Leads initiative works to support young children and families by expanding access to early learning opportunities and community resources across northcentral Arkansas.
