A man has been charged with rape, a class Y felony in Fulton County after an investigation into Facebook data for possession/distribution of child pornography.
According to the report, filed May 12, in Fulton County, a warrant for arrest for 40-year-old Terry L. Johnson Jr., was issued after authorities found evidence of a conversation Johnson held between himself and a 13-year-old female victim.
“The conversation was sexual in nature and alluded to a sexual relationship between Johnson and the victim,” the report stated.
Authorities were able to identify the victim and an investigator with the Arkansas State Police interviewed the victim who stated she and Johnson had had sexual relations five times between Dec. 10, 2022 and Jan. 16 2023.
The victim provided details to the investigator including locations which were predominately public places in Sharp and Fulton County.
As a result, a warrant for arrest has been issued for Johnson and bond has been set at $500,000.
