The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Izard County Chief Deputy Charley Melton.
Benjamin Hinds, 39, of Charlotte was arrested August 15 for failure to appear.
Nathaniel Amos Thompson, 51, of Mount Pleasant was arrested August 15 for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000.
Janice Elumbaugh, 66, of Pineville was arrested August 15 for intimidating a witness, a class B felony, aggravated assault on a family member, a class D felony, endangering the welfare of a minor in the 2nd Degree and false imprisonment 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $20,000.
Ronnie Staggs, 65, of Pineville was arrested August 18 for public intoxication and leaving the scene of an accident.
Stacey Renee Hurst, 40, of Calico Rock was arrested August 18 and is on hold for another agency.
Preston Scott Wages, 40, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 18 for driving on a suspended license, no interlock device, no proof of insurance and possession of a controlled substance.
Kerry Sager, 41, of Mountain Home was arrested August 18 and on hold for another agency.
Nicholas Alexander Ciszlamb, 23, of Danville was arrested August 19 and on hold for another agency.
Kenneth Wayne Sipes, 32, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 21 for violation of a protection order, possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, possession of an instrument of crime, and is being held for another agency. Bond was set at $4,550.
