According to the Highland High School Student Council, “Lady Rebel basketball hasn’t seen a district championship in quite some time! We’re so proud of this team and its coaches! They’ve put in a tremendous amount of work to consistently improve all season. Their hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed, and it certainly paid off tonight! Thank you, Lady Rebels, for raising the bar on Lady Rebel basketball! We couldn’t be more proud!”
The victory brings the titled to the Lady Rebels after a [long] dry spell. Hallmark Times would like to say, “Well done, Lady Rebels!”
