Baxter Regional Physical Therapy Clinic at Hardy and The Reppell Diabetes Center of Mountain Home, will be offering a healthy eating workshop free to the community on Friday, March 18th at 1:00 pm at the Peace Lutheran Church in Cherokee Village.
Jodi Bodenhamer, Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Dr. Candice Dunbar, Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, will host the free event. Participants can expect practical and actionable ways to adopt a healthy eating lifestyle and what foods can help.
