The Hardy History Association will meet April 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hardy Senior Center located at 304 Johnson Street in Hardy.
“The program will be ‘A (Virtual) Walk Through Hardy,’ presented by Pene Hadley and Rebecca Ashcroft. They plan to review Dr. Audrey Thompson’s efforts establishing the historic district of Hardy according to standards set by the National Park Service, National Register of Historic Places,” President Darlene Wilson said. “They will also present a preview of the walking tour of Hardy being developed by the Hardy History Association to be debuted this summer. The program will be the first collaboration from Hadley and Ashcroft who serve as officers on the board of the Hardy History Association.”
Crystal Gray will also provide an update on the upcoming Hardy Homesteader’s Day plans. The event is slated to make its return Sept. 24.
