The National Weather Service has released a Frost Advisory effective from midnight tonight through 8 a.m. April 14, 2022 for Fulton and Izard counties and surrounding areas in north central arkansas.
“The combination of a clearing sky, light winds and temperatures in the lower to mid 30s will result in frost formation. Temperatures could briefly fall below freezing around sunrise ” in “portions of north central Arkansas from midnight tonight to 8 AM CDT Thursday. Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.”
