A man has been charged with second degree sexual assault, a class B felony following his arrest March 6 in Fulton County.
According to the affidavit of probable cause for arrest, the charges against 24-year-old Kyle Brabon stem from an investigation into an incident when Brabon engaged in sexual contact with a minor under the age of 14.
On the evening of the incident, Brabon was reported to have been flirting with the female and later touched her inappropriately in the victim’s home.
The affidavit also states “Brabon used his influence as a captain on a local fire department to influence the homeowner”.
Bond for Brabon was set at $10,000.
