A bench trial is scheduled for Aug. 30 in Sharp County Circuit Court regarding the Cherokee Village Suburban Improvement District.
The suit was initially, filed by Mark A. Kronkosky in November of 2018 against multiple defendants but has seen significant changes in those named since its initial filing.
The bench trial will begin Aug. 30 at 9 a.m.
Pre-trial information was to be submitted to the court by Aug. 16.
The suit was filed following the raising of S.I.D assessment fees in September of 2018.
In March of this year, the Supreme Court of Arkansas appointed retired Circuit Judge, Bynum Gibson Jr., to oversee the case.
