What you’ll need.
1 bag of shell pasta – the larger shell pasta seems to work better.
3 green onions
3 sprigs dill
1 jar pimentos
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
4 ounces Colby Jack block cheese cubed small
1 cup halved or quartered cherry tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
½ cup diced black olives
½ pack of bacon or turkey bacon.

Boil pasta to desired consistency, drain, shock and set aside.
While the pasta is boiling you can slice the onions thinly, separate the dill from its stem, cut up cherry tomatoes to desired size, cube your cheese.
Combine dill, sliced green onions, tomatoes, drained jar of pimentos, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, olives (drained) and peas into large bowl or zip lock bag.
Cook your bacon or turkey bacon and cut up into thin strips.
Combine all ingredients in large zip lock bag and toss or stir together in large bowl.
If you have AlphaGal, you can omit the cheese, sour cream and cheese, use turkey bacon and then use a vinegar based dressing like oil and vinegar and it’s still good.
If you like the flavor of dill you can use more dill, same with the onions, it won’t hurt anything.
Salt and pepper as desired.
Serve chilled.
