The City of Cherokee Village has announced the details for the annual Christmas Lighting Contest.
Cash prizes will be awarded to residents in each of the four city ward and to participating businsesses within the city limts.
Prizes of first, second and third place will be awarded with $100 for first, $75 for second and $50 for third.
To register, call 870-257-5522 or stop by the Cherokee Village City Hall. The deadline to register is Dec. 14 at 4 p.m. with judging to take place Dec. 16 and 17 at 6 p.m.
Winners will be announced Dec. 18.
