Since reliable record-keeping began in the 19th century, there have been numerous winter storms that have affected Arkansas and produced heavy snowfall in the months of October through May. However, the heaviest 1-day snowfalls in each of the state’s 75 counties have come from storms affecting the state from December through March. To be exact, there’ve been 24 of these notable (or infamous storms):
