Spring is approaching and with it, the return of seasonal businesses reopening their doors to the public.
The Spring River Artists Guild (SRAG) is gearing up and getting ready for 2023 and opening day for the SRAG is approaching.
Opening day for the gallery will be held March 3 at 12 noon at their facility located at 300 East Main Street in Hardy. Just look for the purple porch.
According to Fran Sabia with the SRAG, artists have been busy preparing for opening day.
“ We have been busy for a couple months painting new art pieces for your enjoyment. We will also be open Saturday, March 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.and again Sunday, March 5, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.,” Sabia said. “If there is an issue with the weather, the opening may be postponed to the following weekend. We plan to be open every weekend until Christmas, weather permitting. We are looking forward to visiting with old friends, and it is always exciting making new friends.”
