Early voting is underway for the runoff election for Ward 2, Position 1 seat on the Hardy City Council.
The runoff is between Junior Wise and Natalie Quintana-Dubois.
Early voting takes place today, Friday and next Monday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Sharp County Courthouse in Ash Flat.
Election Day is Dec. 3 and ballots may be cast from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m., at the Hardy Civic Center or the courthouse in Ash Flat.
